Total Care Composition handles your order with the utmost care; we are only satisfied when you are too. For example, we deliver your order for free throughout the Netherlands and Belgium for orders over €75, and for orders below that amount, shipping costs are only €8.16.

For orders in the Netherlands and Belgium, the average delivery time is 1-3 working days. In the rest of Europe, it is often within a week. Naturally, you will receive a tracking code to track your order online.

Not satisfied with the health products, or did you accidentally order the wrong product? Then it is possible to exchange and/or return your order within 14 days.

Problems with ordering

We are very sorry when placing an order fails. Maybe your e-mail address is not recognized or if there are problems with your zip code and house number or you may not be able to log into your account at all. Usually the problem is solved easily and we are happy to assist you.

If you encounter problems, please contact us. To speed up the process, you can immediately submit your order. You can mail to info@totalcc.nl.

Order not received

We understand that it is frustrating when your order is not delivered within the specified time frame. That is why we ask you to inform us if something goes wrong. We will take care of your order and help you to solve the problem as quickly as possible.

Cancel / change order

If you have placed an order and all products are in stock, it is unfortunately no longer possible to change or cancel it. If you prefer not to receive the order, you can refuse it at the door.

If a product is not in stock, the option exists to replace it with an alternative product. In case this is not an option, we will cancel the order or the relevant product in your order. If you have already paid, we will refund the purchase amount to your account.

Payment options

You can pay via iDEAL, AfterPay and PayPal. Total Care Composition aims to make the payment process as easy as possible. We only use safe partners. This ensures optimum safety during the payment process.

Delivery time

If you place an order on working days before 4:00 PM, it will be delivered the following day in the Netherlands. In Belgium a delivery time of 1-2 days applies. Total Care Composition does its utmost to deliver all products on time. However, we reserve the right to deliver later, for example in case a product is not in stock. Please note that the delivery time for orders outside the Netherlands is longer.

Return product

You have the right to return your order within fourteen days. The right to a refund expires after fourteen days. From 75 euros free shipping in the Netherlands and Belgium.
